Terms and Conditions

Thank you again for visiting Best Hawaii Activities, where we can help you take a vacation from planning your vacation.  We know that any of the activities you choose here are the very best out there, and we are very proud of our relationships with our vendors.  In order to maintain these bonds there are just a few guidelines we must all follow:

Confirmation:
Your activities are NOT confirmed reservations until you receive an email confirmation from us, usually within a few hours.  You may be called prior to this email to clear up any questions or go over any details with you, but the email confirmation is essentially your ticket; you don’t have a reservation until you have the confirmation. 

Cancellations:
Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the activity to be refundable.  There are no cancellations allowed within 48 hours.  There is no fee to cancel a reservation at least 48 hours prior the start time.

Price and Availability:
Prices, features, tours, and equipment are subject to change without notice.  All destinations are weather-permitting.  For safety and comfort, all activity vendors have the right to choose alternate sights or destinations from those advertised, and to substitute equipment.

Taxes and Fees:
All tours are subject to 4.166% Hawaii GET, but some have additional taxes and fees.  These are broken down for each activity in the checkout phase.  For instance, boat trips on Maui have an additional harbor tax of 3% while it is lower on other islands.  If you have any questions about particular taxes or fees, please call us at 877-661-6655. 

Credit Card Charges:
By clicking the button on the reservations page agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are authorizing us to charge your card for the amount specified.  Unless otherwise noted on your confirmation, credit card charges will be processed by ‘Best Hawaii Activities’ when you make the reservation.  Some activities are charged directly by the vendor on the day of the activity. 

Privacy:
This site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors’ contact information (such as email addresses and phone numbers) and financial information (such as credit card numbers).  This information is encrypted and stored securely in our computer system, and will never be sold or traded to a third party.  You will not be sent bulk emails or newsletters from us unless you request them.

-Contact information is used to process your reservations expeditiously and to send you confirmation.  Financial information is used to bill the client for products and services.

Indemnity:
Best Hawaii Activities, Inc is a ticket agency and as such, cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that arises as a result of using this service or participating in an activity booked by Best Hawaii Activities.  By accepting these terms and conditions you waive all rights to any legal action against them, their agents, and their employees.
